Before providing any equipment to us please change your password and/or PIN and provide the new password/PIN to us. Please change the password/PIN back after collecting your computer from us.

You must also backup all data prior to providing any equipment to us.

Please include your operating system and version (IE Windows 10, Mac OS 12 Monterey), any fault finding you have already attempted and the symptons of the issue.
Please only provide required equipment. Monitors, keyboards, mice and other peripherals will not be required unless the issue specifically requires them.
