I'm very pleased with the service I received from the Ely Computer centre. My broken laptop was fixed and returned to me within a few days. Scott was also pleasant to deal with, and the work was very reasonably priced. I'd definitely use the Ely Computer Centre again for any issues with my laptop.

Absolutely brilliant and sooo helpful , I came in with my mums phone as her email had been hacked, sorted the problem almost instantly, got rid of the hacker and made sure her account was secure, let us know how to protect her accounts even further and what to do , cannot recommend enough!!

Scott and his team recently repaired a faulty battery on my MacBook and the service was absolutely fantastic. From obtaining a quote for the work to picking up my repaired laptop, communication was excellent and my laptop now works as if it was brand new again.

My son was having a very odd issue with his gaming PC, that we couldn’t work out. We dropped into the shop quickly, spoke to Scott and shortly returned with the PC. Within a couple of hours he had diagnosed and resolved this issue and my son had his PC back. Scott was very helpful and friendly and his work was reasonably priced. I’d certainly recommend him.

10/10 experience, great guys who know their stuff and don't try to oversell things unlike PC World or Curry's. Just came in to grab a couple of HDMI cables and dongles and got exactly what I need for cheaper than Amazon.

Will definitely recommend to anyone else.

Just wanted to echo all the other acclaim Scott is getting here, which is fully deserved! I recently decided to get a custom build to replace an old desktop PC. Scott was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, reliable... basically all the good things people are saying about him. I'd strongly recommend this business to anyone looking for help with their existing computer, or for a new one. It's a real asset to have such an excellent service right here in Ely.

The lads here are absolute legends! Took my MacBook in for repair on Thursday and they had it ready to pick up on Saturday 🤯 Great service, no silly fees, and super competitive prices. Genuinely don't think I ever would've bothered getting it fixed if not for these guys - couldn't recommend enough.
